I used Hawkeye for a home inspection last month. Anthony Mazzola was the assigned inspector. As first time home buyers we were novices on the different aspects of an inspection. Anthony did an outstanding job by explaining in detail every point on the inspection checklist. He did this during the inspection process, so we got to learn a lot about the home and its maintenance. It gave us confidence on the deal we were getting into. He was very patient in answering all our questions sometimes even going into technical details. As a bonus, he brought in snacks, water and soda which was a pleasant surprise. They turned in the report in 2 days and overall we were extremely satisfied with the experience. Hawkeye takes efforts to keep you posted on home tips which I find useful as a first time home buyer.I would definitely recommend Hawkeye if you have a home inspection need. - Ashok W.
