Client Care Coordinator

Hawkeye Home Inspections seeks a Client Care Coordinator. Coordinator answers phones for a busy office and schedules inspections using specialized home inspection software. In addition, Coordinator designs and implements a marketing strategy.

Responsibilities:

Duties include providing top notch customer service, answering phones, learning and managing various aspects of inspection system software, creating and sending reports and emails, implementing and designing Hawkeye policies and procedures, assisting inspectors, implementing administrative systems and monitoring administrative projects and other duties as assigned. In addition, the Client Care Coordinator develops and implements innovative marketing campaigns. The campaign will be implemented during client phone calls, at networking meetings and during presentations and real estate office visits. The Coordinator is also responsible for identifying areas of improvement to increase company revenue and promote brand. 

 Qualifications:

·        Excellent customer service and ability to communicate professionally in verbal and written format with a wide variety of clients

·        Previous experience in sales or other related fields

·        Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

·        Excellent knowledge of English grammar usage in verbal and written format

·        Reporting and administrative writing skills

·        Ability to create systems of organization, analyze information and problem solve

·        Ability to think quickly and act in a fast-paced environment

·        Typing and thorough knowledge of MS Office 2007 or newer

·        Ability to work well in teams
